With over a decade of experience in ophthalmology, Leslie brings a deep understanding of patient care, clinic operations, and business management to Arora Eye. As Practice Manager, she ensures seamless day-to-day operations while fostering a patient-first approach. Leslie’s expertise spans surgical coordination, staff leadership, and business development, making her an integral part of the team.
Beyond her professional role, Leslie is a dedicated and busy mom of three, balancing her passion for healthcare with family life. She also has a strong interest in technology and is currently furthering her education in information technology, enhancing her ability to integrate innovative solutions into healthcare operations.

Meet Nia
Front Desk Lead & Patient Coordinator
Nia is from Lakeville, Minnesota, who graduated from the University of Alabama with both a BA in History and a BS in Biology. With a strong background in customer service, Nia has honed exceptional communication and problem-solving skills over the course of seven years. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in reality TV, hiking, reading, and traveling to new destinations.

Meet Elijah
Ophthalmic Technician and Patient LASIK Liason
Elijah is an experienced Ophthalmic Technician with a strong background in ophthalmology and patient service. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude. In addition to his clinical expertise, he serves as the patient LASIK liaison to ensure a smooth process throughout pre and post op of LASIK. Passionate about advancing his medical career, he is actively completing certifications. Outside of work, Elijah enjoys golfing every weekend, shoe shopping, and traveling non stop as he has visited 5 countries and most of the states with more countries on his future agenda

Meet Evelyn
Lead Ophthalmic Technician & Media Director
Evelyn is an experienced Ophthalmic Technician with a strong background in dermatology and ophthalmology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In addition to her clinical expertise, she serves as the Media Director for Arora Eye, utilizing her background in social media management and content creation to enhance digital outreach and patient engagement. Passionate about advancing her medical career, she is actively working toward becoming a Physician Assistant. Outside of work, Evelyn loves to travel and explore new culinary experiences, having visited 18 countries and counting.
