It has definitely been worth my drive to be in his excellent care. Just over a week ago, he used a laser treatment on my eye on an area that was impairing my vision & gave me a new 20/20 vision . Dr Jay is a very compassionate person with his patients and his staff is also wonderful. With any eye problems, you may have, I would suggest calling them right away.+0I had LASIK at Arora Eye in April 2023, and it was truly one of the best decisions of my life. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Dr. Arora and the entire team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and the staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results? Absolutely life-changing. I went from wearing glasses and contacts for years to having 20/10 vision better than perfect! Recovery was smooth, with minimal discomfort, and the team provided thorough aftercare instructions to ensure the best possible outcome. I would 100 percent recommend Arora Eye to everyone. First off, the office is amazing, beautiful, clean and modern. It looks like an art gallery throughout every room . The waiting area has water bottles, a nespresso machine and chocolates while you wait. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, especially Elijah. Dr. Arora has an extensive amount of different high tech machines and tools to help with checking all parts of the eyes. Dr. Arora really cares and listens to your eye concerns and presents all the options available. He is so sweet and understanding. His bedside manner is A1. He put me at ease that there weren’t any serious issues with my eyes. I’ve been wearing corrective lenses since the 2nd grade and Dr. Arora is by far the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever had.+0My experience at Arora Eye has been nothing but exceptional. I cannot recommend Dr. Arora enough to anyone who needs eye care. He is a compassionate medical provider and will listen and address the concerns you have. What an amazing experience! Ended up choosing Arora Eye for Lasik on the recommendation of a close friend and I'm so glad that I did. The entire staff is amazing. The office is cozy and welcoming and they made everything feel easy. Leading up to the procedure, my brother ended up interested and we ended up getting our surgery on the same day. The entire practice decor is done to the nines and in a high class manner. From the entrance, the waiting room, the eye mapping thing room, and to the art is all amazing. When I walk in I feel in a professional place (and it is) but to me aesthetics are important especially when dealing with my eyes. My update on my eyes went well. Dr. Arora walked me through additional steps to take care of my eyes and made a few recommendations as well. Doc even took a pic with me.
